PAYMENTS
Advanced payment in full by credit card is required for all orders. Abbey Dawn will accept payment via MasterCard, American Express, Pay Pal, Visa or Discover. Abbey Dawn does NOT accept mail-in payments. Please do not send cash, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. All prices are subject to change from time to time at Abbey Dawn's sole discretion. Price changes will be posted.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within three to four business days.
To ensure that orders are shipped within this time frame, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed.

RETURNS,REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Abbey Dawn we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not happy with your order, Abbey Dawn will be more than happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. If accompanied by a gift receipt, your items may be exchanged or full refund for your purchase. If you are returning or exchanging, your items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. All refunds will be disbursed according to the original form of payment. Once your return has been credited, please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to appear on your account. We will email you once your return or exchange has been processed. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return.
We are unable to guarantee that merchandise will be available at the time your exchange is processed; in this instance your original form of payment will be refunded. Please note that exchanges may only be made for the same item. Abbey Dawn Website Online store cannot exchange for alternate items.

SHIPPING
Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Abbey Dawn is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order.
Domestic Shipping: All packages are shipped within 2 to 3 business days where available. The number and weight of items ordered and the shipping method selected determine shipping charges. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. The typical delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days for ground packages. Abbey Dawn does offer expedited shipping for Two day and Next Day deliveries.
International Shipping: All international packages are shipped USPS,PLEASE BE AWARE ALL COUNTRIES HAVE CUSTOM CHARGES,ONCE YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY YOUR GOVERNMENT WILL CHARGE YOU CUSTOMS CHARGES.
STANDARD: Please allow at least 10-20 business days, providing the web store has the item(s) in stock and available for immediate shipment, for your order to arrive at its destination. Abbey Dawn is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
CUSTOM ORDERS / PRE-ORDERS
From time to time Pre-Order items may be offered for purchase prior to availability to ship. If you choose to pre-purchase the specified item(s) by adding to your bag and completing the checkout process, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase, If at the time of purchase, other items were in stock that you ordered, Once the pre-ordered item is in stock your complete order will be shipped together, The scheduled ship date is not a guarantee. All pre-ordered items would be shipped via ground shipping. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
BACKORDERS
If all of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including tax, gift wrap, and shipping and handling).
If some, but not all, of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will ship only the items that are available in stock. You will be charged sales tax for only those items available in stock that will be shipped, and you will be refunded for the unavailable items.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Abbey Dawn, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Abbey Dawn will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the items that were undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.
STATE SALES TAX
In accordance with state laws, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, which includes gift-wrap, shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.
For your planning and convenience, we display exact sales tax amount when orders are placed and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is placed.
